I’m Mal, founder of Reframeworks, straight-talker, structure-thinker, and someone who believes change shouldn’t be complicated… just clear.
After 20+ years working in leadership, workforce strategy, and operational change, I set up Reframeworks to help businesses cut through the noise and move forward with confidence.
A bit about me...
I’ve spent the better part of two decades working at the sharp end of operations. Leading change. Navigating crisis. Fixing the unfixable. Finding structure in the chaos. Over the years, I built a reputation for getting to the root of complex challenges, not with buzzwords, but with simple frameworks, honesty and action.

Reframeworks was born from that mindset: structured thinking, human-first leadership, and meaningful results.
But it’s also the product of something deeper. A lifetime of reframing. Reframing how I think, how I lead, how I show up at work, at home, and in the moments in between. This business is the practical output of years spent challenging assumptions, reworking beliefs and learning from those who’ve helped shape how I see the world, especially one person in particular.

I’ve seen firsthand how misalignment between people, planning, process and performance can grind progress to a halt. And I’ve learned that the best solutions are rarely off-the-shelf. They come from asking better questions, seeing things from new angles, and building solutions that actually fit.

Now, I work with businesses that are ready to do things differently. Whether they’re scaling, stuck, or starting again.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me out in nature. I run a mental wellness walking group called REIGNITE. I write poems, sketch thoughts, and get routinely outmanoeuvred by my two incredible kids.
